A special thanks to Chris who took the time to telephone me direct from Spain in response to my enquiry for a property to let on your website. The property was already booked but Chris by his diligence managed via Fiona at your office, to come up with very suitable and actually better alternative,( given this was a last minute dash at the beginning of August) , we were desperate with flights booked and only a 10 days to go.

So we are extremely grateful to you both, as other web sites & properties although showing vacancies on their calendars did’nt even respond to our enquiry.

Again thanks very much, we were able to have a great holiday & visit my son & his family who were temporarily living in the area.

The apartment at Roda was lovely, and the children particularly enjoyed the ground floor apartment’s proximity to the pool. Pool very clean. Garden really well maintained. There was plenty of parking outside and we did not bother with the underground car park for the time we were there. Although Roda is a big development each block has a “small” feel about it, it is really clever architecture.

We took your advice and went to Miramar at Cabo de Palos for family paella...and it lived up to our expectations.

Hello Fiona,

Just wanted to thank you for arranging transfer from and to the airport for my sister, Daphne, and I. We had a very relaxing holiday with glorious weather and not a trucker in sight!!  (This email was sent 2 weeks after the General Strike June 2008).

We'd just like to say that we found Mick (the taxi driver) very polite, helpful, punctual and reliable.   He pointed out things of interest in whatever area we were travelling.

The apartment was excellent, very spacious and clean. Light and airy and very tastefully decorated. With the Mar Menor ar the end of the apartment blocks you have everything you need for a perfect day in the sun. It's like have a very large swimming pool at the end of your garden! There is a v large supermarket across the road and as the kitchen is so well equipped you have no need to search out restaurants, although there are quite a few at the marina which is a couple of minutes walk away. Towards the other end of the strip a visit to Cabo de Palos is a must, lovely old buildings and seafront walks, fabulous views and reasonable seafront restaurants. The bus service is great (24hr service) and is only 95 cents per trip. As you can see we really enjoyed our holiday and will definitely be returning soon and hopefully booking the same apartment!

I am so fed up with British people living in Spain and trading as Estate Agents, I am constantly being told and given incorrect information on buying a property in Spain. You know I love honesty, unless I am speaking to my bank manager,ha!

so thanks for being one of those rare agents who do not waste people's time and money and get then to fly out to look at property that is totally advertised wrongly. I can wait for the correct place to buy, so if any suitable properties come along, please let me know.
